We collect what you give us through the consultation form. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use the site. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. That covers most of it, but here are the details.

Information you provide directly

When you fill out our consultation form, you give us your name, email address, phone number, company name, and a description of your project. We use this to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether the engagement is a good fit for both sides.

Information collected automatically

We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated data about page views, referral sources, and web performance metrics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track individual users across sessions. It tells us which pages people visit and how the site performs. That is all.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may also collect standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps. These are used for security and infrastructure monitoring, not for tracking or marketing.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your consultation request
• Follow up about a potential engagement
• Improve the website based on aggregate usage data
• Monitor site performance and uptime

We do not use your information for marketing campaigns, automated email sequences, or retargeting ads. If you submit a consultation form, you will hear from a human about your project. That is it.

Data Retention

Consultation form submissions are retained for 24 months. If an inquiry leads to an active client relationship, we retain the relevant information for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months after completion.

Vercel Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous. There is no individual user data to retain or delete.

Your Rights

You can:

• Request a copy of the personal information we have about you
• Request that we delete your personal information
• Request that we correct inaccurate information

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We use a reputable hosting provider with SOC 2 compliance. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without giving you notice.
